I'm Scotty Connor, a musician, songwriter, composer, performer and producer based in Dublin, Ireland.

🎶 The 60-Week Music Project

One of the most significant creative projects of my career was my 60-week original single release project.

Beginning in June 2021, I set myself the challenge of releasing an original digital single every week for 60 consecutive weeks.

I wrote and produced the music throughout the project, turning a period when live performance was severely restricted into an opportunity to keep creating and releasing new work.

The project was subsequently submitted to Guinness World Records, with the application recording a measurement of 60 weeks for:

Most consecutive weeks to release an original digital single by a music act

The Guinness application records the attempt/verification/discovery date as 26 May 2024 and identifies Scotty Connor — Ireland / United Kingdom as the record holder.
